Spirituality is the measure of how loving you are.

Gratitude turns what we have into enough.

You have all you need within you to become the best version of yourself.

When you stand and share your story in an empowering way, your story will heal you and your story will heal somebody else.

I Choose… to live by choice, not by chance to be motivated, not manipulated to be useful, not used to make changes, not excuses to excel, not compete I choose self-esteem, not self pity I choose to listen to my inner voice, not to the random opinion of others.

Everything is just as it needs to be. And if we would forgive, our minds and hearts would open and we could see another possibility.

You can’t start the next chapter in your life if you keep re-reading the last one.

If love is universal, no one can be left out.

You must find the place inside yourself where nothing is impossible.

Dear God, Where would you have me go? What would you have me say? And to whom?

As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Spiritual growth is giving up the stories of your past so the universe can write a new one.

People hear you on the level you speak to them. Speak from your heart and they will hear from their heart.

Don’t be pushed by your problems; be led by your dreams.

Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognize how good things really are.

Trade your expectation for appreciation and the world changes instantly.

Identify your problems but give your power and energy to solutions.

A real decision is measured by the fact that you’ve taken a new action. If there is no action, you haven’t truly decided.

Success is buried on the other side of frustration.

Everybody’s got a past. The past does not equal the future unless you live there.

Life is a gift and it offers us privilege, opportunity and responsibility to give something back by becoming more.

When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.

Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself.

The secret to finding your passion is to bring it to everything you do.

It’s not about what I can get, it’s about what I can give.
